The name, Balayage, comes from the French term meaning to sweep or to paint and perfectly describes how this hair technique is done. Your stylist will sweep color through your hair using a brush. The result is natural-looking highlights with depth and dimension.

Highlights are a great way to add dimension to your hairstyle. The technique applies color to strands of hair starting at the root. This creates a lighter look than your base color, hence the name highlights. When combined with lowlights, the result can be subtle or more dramatic depending on your preference.
